Treatment algorithm
AirSense 10 Autoset for Her automatic CPAP machine with Autoset algorithm will automatically detect events during sleep: snoring, narrowed airways, obstructed airways . Depending on the level of events, the machine will automatically adjust the air pressure blown into the respiratory tract to help open the airways, helping the user breathe normally and have deep sleep.
Algorithm Autoset for Her Optimized for women. Women often have less apnea, more hypopnea, difficulty falling asleep and waking up easily. So the algorithm increases sensitivity to respond to decreased breathing, change air pressure gently, and avoid affecting sleep.
Comfort feature
- Usage is extremely simple, comfortable and convenient. Just put on the mask, breathe and the machine will work automatically (Smart Start) . After waking up one night, remove the mask and the machine will automatically stop (Smart Stop) . All other features of the machine are automatically adjusted.
- Expiratory Pressure Relief feature when exhaling (EPR) , helps exhale gently, the machine automatically synchronizes with the user’s natural breathing rhythm.
- Standby feature (Auto Ramp) will automatically recognize when the user falls asleep, at which time the gas pressure will gradually increase to the therapeutic pressure level.
- The machine operates smoothly, no sound can be heard. This helps users feel comfortable and fall asleep easily, especially for people who have difficulty sleeping.

Report
After each night of use, the machine will report the treatment effectiveness immediately above the screen of the machine or in the software MyAir on the phone. Indicators such as: machine usage time, remaining apnea index ( AHI ), mask air leakage, average air pressure during the night; average index over a long period of time. Treatment results will be saved to an SD memory card throughout the year, thereby helping to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
The AirSense 10 Autoset for Her also has integrated network connectivity, helping the device connect to the cloud system. AirView by ResMed. Doctors or technicians can monitor the treatment process and make necessary adjustments remotely via the Internet. Relatives can also monitor usage efficiency remotely on the MyAir application.
